Energy Performance Certificates
It is now a requirement that an Energy Performance Certificate is provided where any commercial property is for let or sale within the UK. These "EPC’s" will be required by your solicitor as part of your Completion and Pre-contract Enquiries Information Pack and so failure to organise one in good time could lead to a delay.
