Miki Travel Limited, who have occupied 20 Cannon Street since 1993, have secured new premises of around 30,000 sq ft at Vintners’ Place, Upper Thames Street, London, EC4.

Kinney Green conducted an extensive search throughout Central London before identifying the building. A rent was negotiated at 10% less than quoting, with a 21 month rent free period on a new 15 year lease.

Kinney Green also managed to negotiate favourable terms for the surrender of Miki’s existing lease and ensured no dilapidations were paid.

Kinney Green was instructed by FSCS to investigate options to accommodate an additional 100 staff they were due to recruit.

Kinney Green has advised R&SA for some years on the management and marketing strategy of surplus accommodation in this prominent City building.

EDF Trading advised by Kinney Green have taken approximately 50,000 sq ft in Land Securities new development Cardinal Place, 80 Victoria Street, London, SW1.

BP Alternative Energy has agreed to take around 30,000 sq ft at County Hall on the South Bank of the Thames, which is owned by Pop Idol Judge Pete Waterman’s Cadogan Entertainment.
