On behalf of the Trustees of The British Museum, Kinney Green’s management department provides ongoing management advice on the British Museum Improvement Estate.

The estate comprises Grade II listed buildings surrounding the British Museum and we are retained to provide comprehensive management advice to include collection of rent and ground rents, consultancy on repairs, management of insurance policies and maintenance of tenancy schedules for this strategically important real estate for the Trustees.
