Miki Travel Limited, who have occupied 20 Cannon Street since 1993, have secured new premises of around 30,000 sq ft at Vintners’ Place, Upper Thames Street, London, EC4.

Kinney Green conducted an extensive search throughout Central London before identifying the building. A rent was negotiated at 10% less than quoting, with a 21 month rent free period on a new 15 year lease.

Kinney Green also managed to negotiate favourable terms for the surrender of Miki’s existing lease and ensured no dilapidations were paid.
